The studio engages cross-disciplinary collaboration through
music/ live production, content/film production, live/spatial design & show direction, large scale commercial/commission projects, film production, instillation art, storytelling, large to small budget commissions, pitch activations, and overall art/design strategy.
Award-winning polymath artist, producer, director, and designer, Brandon S. Phillips specializes in immersive world building through film, experiential art, live entertainment, and spatial design.
2023 National Academy Of Recording Arts & Sciences (Grammys) Member, Founder of 144WORLD STUDIO, his polymathic practice fuses abstract and experiential artistry with public installation, filmmaking, music, live performance direction/ illuminated performance design. His work has been described as a "building of mythologies", "a convergence of worlds" and signature approach integrates kinetic design, light, sound, and movement to craft transformative, 360-degree environments and narratives that resonate emotionally and sensorially.
Holding a Master’s degree in Arts (Live Entertainment) from the University of Miami, a Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, and Art Studies and Associate's Degree, his career launched at prestigious record labels Atlantic Records and Warner Music. Gaining early experience in music and entertainment ecosystems, Brandon has spent the past decade collaborating across creative arts, entertainment and broader fine art industries.
Driven by innovation, cultural hybridity and syncretism, His studio practice embodies a vision of fully immersive experiences, where traditional and emerging art forms collide and intersect to form bold new dimensions of narrative architecture.
Through public sculpture, film, installations, performance art, and multimedia projects, his work continues to push and blend boundaries between mediums, disciplines, and large-scale artistic expression, forging immersive narratives rooted in bold vision.
